Invoices are issued in Polish zloty (PLN): €344 = 1 500 PLN net and €458 = 2 000 PLN net, converted at the NBP rate of 4.3661 (16.10.2026). All prices are net. VAT is charged depending on your country of tax residence. Packages are paid upfront. The Perfect MATCH success fee is payable within 30 days of the person starting. In the full process, paid job board ads are covered by you.

Recruitment support means we carry out selected tasks in a recruitment you run yourself: CV screening, a short phone call to check that a person meets your criteria, or publishing ads on free job boards. The process and the decisions stay with you: we don't run interviews, prepare a report or recommend specific people. All of that is covered by the full process, the Perfect MATCH: from the job ad, through interviews and a report, to recommending the people worth meeting.
We make a precise match. We use our experience to bring you only vetted profiles. Before we start, we decide together where your job ad will appear.
The full process takes up to 30 days. The first shortlisted profiles, with a report, reach you within 15 working days of the start.
In the full process you get at least 3 vetted profiles with reports from the interviews. If more strong profiles come up during the process, we pass them on too.
Recruitment support costs €344 net (1 500 PLN) for the smallest 10-hour package. The full process is a €458 net (2 000 PLN) starting fee for a 20-hour package, plus a success fee. It is a fee per person employed, charged only in the Perfect MATCH option. It depends on the role and you know it before we start. You pay it within 30 days of the person starting.
We recruit remotely, from full-time employees to freelancers paid by the hour. Most often we look for people for back office, assistants and personal assistants, office managers, administration, sales and HR. We have also recruited dental assistants.
After the recommended person starts, a 14-day guarantee applies: if they leave or aren't the right fit in that time, no success fee is charged.
You choose a package of hours and pay for it upfront. In the Perfect MATCH option you pay the success fee within 30 days of the person starting. All prices are net. VAT is charged depending on your country of tax residence.
